The criteria have not been weighted to accommodate the diversity of the candidates. This is particularly important for fellows at the beginning of their academic career who have been granted a fellowship to pursue their doctoral studies. In this regard, the criteria marked with an * are suggested as being more appropriate for this cohort of fellows.
